We recently purchased a home in Idyllwild after years of looking, and we absolutely love it.

Our realtor was Tiffany Raridon and she did a fabulous job for us. Tiffany listened to what we were looking for and showed us a listing that checked all our boxes. She also did an excellent job helping us get all the paperwork completed quickly. It was exactly 30 days from offer to close (and keys). And here we are! What a joy it was to work with such a bright, responsive, spirited and caring person. Tiffany is an integral member of the Idyllwild community that she loves, which also makes her a great source of information for all topics related to Idy and mountain living.

I recently purchased a home in Idyllwild, CA. It was a challenging transaction for many reasons, and Tiffany was by our sides to help the entire time. She has worked in Idyllwild a long time and knows the market well. She is very familiar with homes and comps in the area, which was really useful in determining the true value. We were able to get the accepted price below asking, and during escrow we got the price down even further. We couldn’t have done this without her. Idyllwild is a unique and changing market. Tiffany is a great realtor. She was “brutally honest” all the way through the process of the purchasing of our second home in Idyllwild. It was like the movie Liar Liar, she is just incapable of lying or exaggerating the facts. She also acted like a professional arbitrator when any issues came up between us and the seller. She does not conduct business as a salesperson like many do. That is probably why she is one of the most successful realtors in all of Idyllwild.

We had a great experience selling our home with Tiffany. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is very truthful. She thoroughly explained every offer that came in which helped us make a confident decision. She is very focused and professional on getting the job done. As you know there are a lot of steps you have to go through to sell or buy a home and it can get a little stressful. She took that burden away from us and we stayed pretty calm through the whole process. We just love Tiffany and we will use her to sell our second home in the desert.
