Tiffany was generous with her time, knowledge, and sharing her wisdom, including experience in Idyllwild. At the time of looking for homes in Idyllwild my husband and I were living in MA, he was in recovery from a recent surgery and I only had a limited window to tour properties. Tiffany made herself available to show me (and those with me) so many properties in the limited time we had, to revisit the ones of greater interest, and even after the purchase of our new home, she has made herself available as a friendly and kind resource. Tiffany is empathetic and in working with her I felt like she was invested in helping us find a home that would work for us. Even after the sale of our house, I still feel like she cares about how we are settling in. She was super helpful in keeping track of properties that we were interested in and had patience when I would confuse properties or generally just felt like I was an oversaturated sponge between buying and selling a home at the same time, along with navigating other stressors. I engaged Tiffany to list my house in Idyllwild about 6 weeks ago. One of the best decisions I have made! Tiffany evaluated the potential of the place, staged it excellently (I had removed the majority of the furniture) and made it look very homey. She updated me on a regular basis as to showings, things I might do to increase the appeal, helped me through every aspect of inspections and repairs needed, arranged everything, meeting with inspectors and vendors leaving me to not have to worry about anything. I had to do nothing. I can’t praise her enough for her excellent work. And the house sold in just a few weeks at the price I had expected to get!

Tiffany helped us sell our home in Idyllwild. We turned to her after a prior listing was not successful. We live out of town, making it hard to be at the property regularly for staging and cleaning, but Tiffany took care of everything for us. One thing we learned from this experience is having an agent who knows the nuances of the Idyllwild market is extremely valuable. Tiffany knows the Idyllwild market very well - evidenced by us getting an offer within a week and closing escrow less than 35 days after listing with Tiffany. She's a consummate professional and I would highly recommend working with her if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Idyllwild area.

Well my wife and I just had the best real estate transaction of our lives and that's all thanks to Tiffany! It was our first time selling so we were expecting a lot of hoops to jump through with some headaches along the way. No hoops and no headaches, just all around positivity and forward movement with Tiffany. We called her with the idea of selling, she had the perfect buyer, and we had an offer the next day. We closed without any hiccups, what more could you ask for? She was really savvy and up front every step of the way. I was extremely impressed with Tiffany on a recent transaction in Idyllwild (we were buyers; Tiffany acted for both seller and buyer). She's really professional and totally on top of every detail. Great to work with. From the very beginning of the process, which was selling my aunt's house out of probate, she was responsive and solved the problems we ran into. We had multiple offers, and she helped me to rank them for consideration, although she did submit all of them to me. From the beginning to the end, the house was sold in less than six weeks.

We met Tiffany in the process of attempting to sell our beloved cabin in Idyllwild ‘By Owner’. The ‘By Owner’ process didn’t go as planned, so we eventually interviewed local Idyllwild realtors to facilitate the sale. Tiffany was the majority choice and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. At our interview, she provided a detailed proposal and suggested price and in the end, proved her worth in the process. The task became complicated by the early stages of the Pandemic of 2020. She handled that situation by adjusting her sales effort to conform to the State mandated rules for showings and pre-qualifications of buyers. Tiffany has an in-depth knowledge of the local area conditions and more than once, found local tradesmen to carry us through the numerous inspections and paperwork required by the State and County. Once, when our handyman didn’t show for a critical step in the sale process, Tiffany put on her work gloves and assisted. Was the sale process perfect? There were a few twists and turns but in the end we closed on time and on budget…..

Tiffany Raridon was our realtor in Idyllwild when we were looking for a second home for family gatherings in the mountains. She was very knowledgeable about the area, showed us a good sampling of opportunities , as well as a property that eventually challenged our original ideas and became a real estate opportunity which was much more congruent with our intent. Plus, it was a totally fun experience being with Tiffany and seeing land that was beautiful to behold and off the beaten track. On one 'back roads' trip it was not an opportunity for her to make a sale, but the land was breath taking; she knew what this particular buyer valued in terms of the 'experience'. When it came to the nuts and bolts of title searches, the transaction, and the paper work, she was very complete and very professional, thus creating a flawless transaction. When I decided to sell my cabin I didn't know any real estate agents in the area. After I got a referral from a local resident, I called Tiffany and I'm REALLY glad I did! She was very easy to talk with and she took charge right from the beginning. She's got an great home photographer that helped the listing look AMAZING! After barely 2 days on the market we had an amazing offer thanks to Tiffany's recommendation to the buyer's agent to make it a "good one"! Tiffany has been our Idyllwild Realtor for over 10 years. She was the only one who would show properties in our price Range when we bought our cabin in 2010. She sold our cabin this year (2021) in 18 days (from market listing to escrow close), above Asking Price!
