After more than 25 years in real estate, I've come to believe that representing someone is about much more than buying or selling property. It's about stewardship, responsibility, and honoring the trust someone places in you.
I've never thought of myself as a salesperson, but rather as a guide. Sometimes the best advice I can offer is to walk away, wait, or reconsider a decision entirely.
